Charter is trying to buy Cox California. Do you get cable, phone, or internet service from Charter (aka Spectrum) or Cox? The CPUC is hosting public participation hearings and needs to hear from you!
Is the service you get affordable? Does the price keep going up every year?
If you want only one service (such as only phone service, only internet, or only cable), were you able to get it, or did you have to buy a bundle? Did you feel pressured into buying a bundle?
Was the description of your service, including any limited-time pricing or deal, easy to understand?
