Kelsey joined the TURN staff as the Digital Solutions Architect in July 2025. In this role, she supports TURN by designing cohesive integrated solutions that optimize for efficiency across the organization. She administers and maintains TURN’s database and is constantly looking for new ways to improve their tech stack.

 Graduating from Lewis and Clark College with a bachelor’s in Math and International Affairs, Kelsey has always loved to act as a bridge between technology and the people who rely on it. Prior to joining turn as a staff member, Kelsey operated an independent Salesforce consultancy for nonprofits (which included supporting TURN for five years before becoming an employee.) She has a passion for making technology do work for her clients so they can focus on their mission: making the world a better place.
