OPPOSE AB 825

Creates a pathway for California to participate in a regional energy market entity, but gives the Federal government too much power, which could result in a roll back of clean energy in California and could increase the use of coal and other dirty energy. Also, it makes it very difficult for California to exit the regional entity.
