FERA (Family Electric Rate Assistance Program) offers an 18% discount on electricity bills to qualified households. Applying for FERA has an added bonus! You are automatically evaluated for the CARE program as well, and will be enrolled in whichever program, you qualify for, that offers the greater discount.
The FERA program is now available to 1- and 2-member households! FERA has recently removed the barrier requiring at least 3 residents per household.
