Utility Support Programs: Tools to Help People Immediately Get Support

COVID-19 has created both a health and an economic crisis. Many families will continue to struggle to make ends meet and pay the bills as the economic recovery begins and the utility moratorium ends on September 30, 2021.

This training is geared to help service provides and frontline staff gain the knowledge to help identify utility support programs for families in need. The training will include: a basic overview of key utility company programs, eligibility criteria and guidance on how to sign up.

  • The NEW Arrearage Management Plan (AMP)
  • The NEW Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)
