The Neighbor-to-Neighbor Fund provides for a one-time assistance of up to $200 on a customer’s winter bill.
The one-time bill-payment assistance is available to eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis or until funds are depleted.
It is available to qualified customers who are experiencing temporary financial hardship and who are not eligible for state or federal assistance.

Customers eligible for government assistance must apply for energy assistance under those programs before being considered for Neighbor-to-Neighbor assistance. The program is funded by SDG&E customers, employees and shareholders of Sempra Energy.
