Sylvia Siegel founded TURN in 1973 because she believed utility companies should be held accountable for fair rates and courteous, reliable service. TURN has been doing just that for 45 years, expanding on Sylvia’s legacy with new protections for vulnerable communities, new renewable energy requirements and billions more in savings!
